Single award contract for the period of Date of Award to April 30, 2013 for the Department of Interior. The production area is assumed 50-mile radius of zero milestone Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii. These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous products consisting of self-and separate cover saddle stitch booklets, site bulletins, post cards, posters, decals, bookmarks, and envelopes, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including four-color process), folding, binding, packing, and distribution. NOTE: These items will print in English, Hawaiian, German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Filipino, and Korean. It is estimated that approximately one to four new items may be added during the term of the contract with the same requirements, terms and conditions in this specification. While it would be impossible to predetermine the frequency of orders, it is anticipated at this time that approximately 20 orders will be placed per year. However, some items listed in this contract are ordered based on events that occur throughout the year at the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii. There are various trim sizes and binding.
