All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 483-kilometer (300-mile) radius of zero milestone, Pittsburgh PA. Security clearance, as specified by this solicitation, will be required of the successful bidder(s) prior to award. The government is not obligated to delay award pending security clearance of any bidder. Approximately 90% of the orders placed under these specifications will be classified up to and including CONFIDENTIAL -- RESTRICTED DATA, FORMERLY RESTRICTED DATA and NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION, requiring, as a minimum, a final agency granted confidential security clearance. These specifications cover the production of publications requiring such operations as film and plate making, printing, binding, packing, mailing and shipping. Additional services required on occasion include tab dividers (with laminated tabs) and inserting furnished material into Government furnished binders.
