FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 150 orders per year. QUANTITY: Various quantities: Category 1 - up to 49,999 copies per order; Category 2 - 50,000 or more copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Face only or face and back flat sheet forms. Occasional multi-part chemical transfer sets - no stubs. TRIM SIZE: Various up to and including 17 x 11". Ship f.o.b. contractor’s city as indicated on the print order. Complete production and delivery is required within 3 to 4 workdays (accelerated schedule) or 5 workdays or more (regular schedule).
