ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit sources and pricing under the authority of FAR 13.500 to Thomas Telford Ltd for the complete current ICE Journals collection. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures --- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than Tuesday, 23 November 2010 - 9:00 A.M., CDST. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Library has a requirement to use Thomas Telford as a sole source to renew an ERDC multisite license to the complete current ICE journals collection (electronic format only). Access will be available to all authorized ERDC users. Thomas Telford is the sole publisher of electronic access to their journals.
