The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC intends to award a simplified acquisition purchase order on a sole source basis to the Air Force Historical Foundation for the purchase of 4000 copies of 3 quarterly issues of “Air Power Magazine” in support of the USAF History Office. The Air Force Historical Foundation is the exclusive publisher of this magazine and has been continuously since 1954. It provides the very best in articles, book reviews, and news and notices relating to aerospace history. No other similar journal on this subject exist. The Air Force Historical Foundation owns the copyright for the Air Power History Magazine. Award of this solicitation will be made on or about 15 March 2004. NAICS Code: 511120.
