The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to Jane's Information Group Inc., 110 N Royal Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314-3274. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The ERDC Library has a requirement to use Jane's as a sole source to renew the ERDC subscription to Jane's journal titles. This is a multi-site subscription allowing all authorized ERDC users to have online access to this product. Jane's is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their journals.
