USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to JOHN WILEY & SONS, INC. 111 River St Hoboken, NJ 07030-5790 for purchase of electronic access to Digital Library. JOHN WILEY & SONS, INC. is the sole publisher and provider of the electronic access to Digital Library. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday January 23, 2012.
