USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to IHS Global, Inc. 15 Inverness Way E, Englewood, CO 80112-5710 for the purchase of electronic access to Jane's Digital Library. IHS Global, Inc. is the sole publisher and provider of the electronic access to Jane's Digital Library. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. CST on September 26, 2012.
