Notice of Intent to Noncompetitively Renew Elsevier/Science Direct Electronic Journals Subsciption

The NRC intends to noncompetitively procure renewal of NRC's Science Direct subscriptions to Elsevier B.V.; Radarweg 29; Amsterdam, FO, NL. The NRC requires the brand name publications and has confirmed that Elsevier does not have resellers. The subscription to these journals will be utilized for research by scientific and technical staff at the NRC in support of the agency's regulatory and licensing mission. This noncompetitive acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one source reasonably available.
