The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a delivery order on a sole source basis to CCH Incorporated, 2700 LAKE COOK RD, Riverwoods, IL 60015-3867 for a one year subscription to several publications for locations in Washington, DC and Lanham, MD. Publication titles are: Federal Estate Gift Tax Reports, Federal Excise Tax Reports, Standard Federal Tax Reporter, Tax Court Reports, Exempt Organization Reports, Pension Plan Guide, Tax Court Decisions, and Tax Treaties. The period of performance will be from April 17, 2012 through April 16, 2013. Responsible sources who can provide the above requirements (every item listed) may submit written quotations no later than 5 business days from the published date of this announcement. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System (www.ccr.gov.). No solicitations will be issued; therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received, the award will be made to CCH Incorporated.
