The Energy Information Administration (EIA), on the behalf of the Department of Energy, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy any agency requirements. Platts will provide Oilgram Price Reports which permit EIA to renew services in order to continue to receive Platts crude oil pricing and market information. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511120.
