The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure annual subscription renewal of Jane's On-line C4ISR System library catalogs: C4I Systems On-Line; Military Communications On-Line; Simulation & Training Systems On-Line; Police and Security Equipment On-Line;Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems On-Line; Electronic Mission Aircraft On-Line;International Defense Review On-Line; Defense Weekly On-Line; PEDS (2 non-network) CD-ROM for the Joint Systems Integration Command (JISC) of the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability statement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all capability statements received by 19 July 2010 will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
