9930--Jefferson Barracks Grave liners

1 NOTICE: This is a Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to a small business concern (Merz Vault Company) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 327390 Other Concrete Product Manufacturing for the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in Saint Louis, Missouri. The current contract for grave liners is expiring on March 31, 2022 and the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery continues to have a need for grave liners. This one-time contract is a logical follow on to the expiring contract until a new multiple award solicitation can be issued in Fiscal Year 2023. Delivery of grave liners shall begin after April 1, 2022. The proposed contract action is for the supply of grave liners which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation package is available.
