Destination within consignee's premises and installation of Concrete Grave liners for Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80235. The Contract covers the period, Date of Contract award through September 30, 2008, with up to four (4) one- year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2012.
