THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE VERY SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 337211 FOR CONCERNS HEADQUARTERED IN THE NEW ORLEANS SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISTRICT.
