It is the intention of the Government to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA248-15-Q-1638 NAICS Code: 335911 size standard of seven hundred-fifty (750) employees in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis.
