VAMC Salisbury, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 228144 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of proprietary PAR testing supplies needed for the Salisbury VAMC, Charlotte HCC, and Kernersville HCC. See attached list. This requirement is intended for award to: Psychological Assessment Resources, Inc. dba PAR under the authority 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 511130. Small business size standard: 1000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 business days of publication (on/before July 12, 2017). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
