MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to The Spectranetics Corporation in the estimated amount of $78,822.00 for base plus two one-year option periods to purchase Preventive Maintenance Service for a CVX-300 Excimer Laser System. The Spectranetics Corporation has proprietary rights for all maintenance service, parts and repairs, which must be compatible with the existing Government owned CVX-300 Excimer Laser System currently located at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
