The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA) will not issue a solicitation seeking vendors to obtain maintenance, repair, and technical support services for the Electronic Distribution Systems (EDS) at 35 locations for delivery of print products nationwide in accordance with FAR 15 procedures.
