T -- Plant Patent Photo-Reproduction Services

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a continuing requirement for high quality color/part color photoprints and digital images of original plant patent drawings. The USPTO anticipates awarding a requirements-type contract with a period of performance consisting of a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 323115. The applicable small business size standard is 500 employees. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be made available on the Internet at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/comp/proc/currproj.htm on or about February 16, 2007. Interested parties are responsible for checking the website regularly for release of the RFP and for other procurement-related documents. Since all procurement-related documents will be released via the Internet, a mailing list and list of interested vendors will not be available. Interested small business firms must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT THIS TIME. Questions will be entertained following the release of the RFP, utilizing the procedures specified in the RFP.
