This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation package will not be issued. Solicitation TIRNO-09-Q-00100 is issued as a Request for Quotations. Contractor shall provide 120 each HP 64X Toner cartridges # CC364X and 10 each HP 49 Toner cartridges # 5949A . Four different shipping addresses: The HP64X toner cartridges shall be shipped to the following zip codes: 50 each to Ogden, UT 84201, 40 each to Washington DC 20001, 30 each to Covington, KY 41011. The HP 49 toner cartridges – 10 each shall be shipped to Chamblee, GA 30341. Quote shall include cost of toner cartridges plus shipping if applicable. Award is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures and will be based on lowest price to the government. This is a set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a quote via email no later than 15 calendar days from the posted date of this announcement. All quotes must include price per item, total price, FOB point, delivery time, a contact person (name and phone number), business size, payment terms and DUN’s number. Quotes should be emailed to
