The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), 1700 G Street NW, Washington DC 20552, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CCH Incorporated, 4025 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago, IL 60646-6085 for continuation of CCH Banking Library CD. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.105. A separate solicitation is not available. Proposals in response to this notice should include 1. Price Proposal—a firm fixed price for the services. 2.
