INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to negotiate a sole source commercial service with Ethicon US, LLC, Doing Business As: Advanced Sterilization Products Div. located at 33 Technology Dr., Irvine CA, 92618. Vendor to provide a full-service plan for STERRAD(R) 100NX(TM) 1-DR. This service will include scheduled preventive maintenance for the following locations: Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, North Carolina. The period of performance for this procurement shall be for 12 months with 2 option periods. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302.
