INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to negotiate sole source commercial service with Medivators INC. located at 14605 28th AVE N., Minneapolis, MN, 55447 for service and preventive maintenance to maintain Medivators endoscope reprocessors equipment located at the following locations: Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, North Carolina. The period of performance for this procurement shall be for 12 months with 4 one-year option periods. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 10:30 a.m., August 29th, 2018 EST to:
