The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fluke Corporation; required items to be purchased are: This procurement will be for the purchase of 1 Ea 9640A/9610 RF Reference Source for the 4th CMS propulsion secondary power section at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). These generators are used/required for the calibration of multiple pieces of equipment within the propulsion secondary power section. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
