The Stryker Procare Prevent Preventative Maintenance Program will include, but not limited to the following: I. All labor, parts, equipment, and travel are all inclusive for scheduled and unscheduled services. II. Scheduled services to perform OEM's Periodic Manufacturer's Certification, electrical Stryker factory trained technician III. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts only IV. Annual preventative maintenance in accordance with OEM specifications and service manual V. Unlimited on-site repair services VI. Diagnostics checks VII. Loaner of bed(s) VIII. Joint Commission (JC) and Det Norske Veritas Healthcare (DNV) required documentation IX. Compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements and guidelines This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) allowing the Contracting Officer to solicit from one source. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award and an anticipated award date is set for 5/1/2015. The place of performance is as follows: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073.
