The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole source firm-fixed price commercial item procurement to Medrad, Inc. for Preventive Maintenance for Medrad IV Continuum Pump for the Memphis VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. A sole source procurement will be issued to Medrad, Inc. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $20.5 Million for this procurement. The period of performance will be a base + (4) one-year option to renew contract This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
