ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit sources and pricing under the authority of FAR 13.500 to IWA Publishing Ltd. for the renewel of the ERDC IWA Water Package Subscription for 2011. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures --- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than Friday, 19 November 2010 - 4:00 P.M., CDST. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Library has a requirement to use IWA Publishing Ltd as a sole source to renew the ERDC subscription to IWA Water Package titles, print plus online. ERDC electronic users will have access to full-text articles in ten IWA titles. IWA Publishing Ltd is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their journals.
