Thomson West shall provide forty-five (59) Bankruptcy Code Rules & Forms Fiscal Year Upkeep Service

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to West Publishing Corporation, (DBA) Thomson West, 610 Opperman Drive, St. Paul, MN 55123 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). West Publishing Corp shall provide forty-five (59) Bankruptcy Code Rules & Forms Fiscal Year Upkeep Service. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit their capability statement and qualifications no later than 5 days (May 23, 2012) from posted date of this announcement. All responses shall include FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; and business size. Responses over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. No solicitations will be issued therefore such requests for solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by email or facsimile (202) 283-1532. If no affirmative responses are received the award will be made to West Publishing.
