Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is considering NSN 4020-00-262-2020 for procurement. This NSN is the Fibrous Cord. This is a QSL item under I/A/W MIL-C-7515-6C, TYPE 4. Special packaging is required for this item. DSCP is looking towards a 1 Base Year and 4 365 day Option Year, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price, Single Award with the Guaranteed Minimum of 1800 SL and the total contract dollar value not to exceed $6,500,000.00 under FAR 13.5 Commercial Test Program procedures; all material being delivered to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania AND Tracy, California. All pricing will be on an FOB Destination basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. The production leadtime on this item is 120 days from date of order. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 13 July 2011.
