The Network Contracting Office (NCO)-16 located in Houston, Texas issues this notice of intent to negotiate using sole source procedures with Retirementhometv Corporation, a small business, in providing Cable TV Subscription services at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77030. The Government believes that this is the only vendor capable of satisfying the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b). Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this announcement by 3:30p.m., Central Time, April 26, 2019. Such information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
