--Intent to award option year two, to CCVII LLC, DBA Charter Communications for cable television service at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena Michigan.

The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center currently is being serviced by CCVII LLC, (Charter Communications) for its cable television needs. The first year for this contract is due to expire on 21 Sept 2004. Currently our base has a need for cabl e service for 288 televisons monthly. Option year two calls for a line charge of $7.62 per televison for an expanded basic programming package.
