84 -- Chocolate Chip Field Jackets

The contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, personnel, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform delivery of 50,000 each, 6-color (chocolate chip) desert M-65 style field jackets to Tadji, Iraq. Delivery will be no later than 01 January 2006. All offerors will submit a proposal which contains bids for all CLINS or be found non-responsive. All offerors must submit offers which include shipping and handling to the FOB destination. We will need supporting technical documentation in all offers. IAW FAR 52.212.2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible delivery schedule best value. Solicitation will be posted on FedBizOps and Rebuilding Iraq websites on 1 November 2005.
