This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is not a request for quotes and in no way obligates the Government to award any purchase order or contract. The Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is seeking to identify small businesses capable of providing uniforms between 900 and 3,000 APHIS employees located nationwide and overseas over a period of 5 years; specifically, the company must be capable of manufacturing and stocking their own uniform pants and shirts with consistency in the product line to include color and size, and over 50 percent of the end product is American made. The company must have a vouchering/tracking system. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 315999, size standard: 500 employees. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. In accordance with FAR 15.202(e), responses to this notice are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
