Edstrom Industries, Inc. will provide software upgrades and a manufacturer's maintenance service plan for the Edstrom Industries Animal Watering System. The Edstrom Industries Animal Watering System has a unique patented design that is specifically customized for the Memphis VAMC based on the needs and layout of the facility. Due to the custom design of the Edstrom system, Edstrom software upgrades, and manufacturer service plan, this service will be Sole Sourced to Edstrom Industries. All warranties and guarantees on the system are voided if an unauthorized third party vendor is engaged. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $20.5M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
