The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 515210. The Product Service Code is D322. Charter is the OEM of the equipment at the Mountain Home, Tennessee VA Medical Facility. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract for a one-year period with four option year renewals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
