On or about 9 May 2012, the Great Plains Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source contract to GSL Solutions, Inc to provide comprehensive maintenance for the GSL Solution IntelliCab Will Call Tracking System (GWIS) for the Department of Pharmacy at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The base period of performance is 9 May 2012 - 30 September 2012, plus four twelve-month option periods (i.e., through 30 September 2016). This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide comprehensive maintenance to the GWIS system, to include one or more Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) enabled, Smart, Interactive and Real-time Will Call cabinets (IntelliCabs), "Smart" (RFID Tagged) Workflow Baskets (baskets) and the will call client (WCC) software running on one or more PCs, without voiding or invalidating any of the work performed by to GSL Solutions, Inc.
