65--Notice of Intent Sole Source Award for Dictaphone Maintenance and Support Services for Patient Administration Division.

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Nuance Communications Inc, in the amount of $111,449.52 for the Maintenance and Support Services for the Nuance Transcription Dictaphones. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 2013 to 30 Sep 2016, Subject to Availability of Funds. All Transcription Dictaphones are located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Ft. Carson, CO. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
