The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Library of Congress FEDLINK contract for computer-assisted legal research and retrieval services from Thomas West for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. The services will be used at NLRB offices in Washington, DC, Administrative Law Judges' offices in Atlanta, San Francisco, and New York, and the NLRB's nationwide network of Regional offices. All responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include price and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone responses will be accepted.
