It is the Government's intent to establish a Credit Card Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) in which current/future requirements will be fulfilled by placing Call Orders against the BPA. The Government will issue a single award for services rendered under this Request for Quotation. The Department of the Air Force will not compete the issuance of actual purchase orders after competitively establishing the BPA with one contractor. It is the intent of the Government to award this BPA as lowest price technically acceptable, based on pricing submitted on the completed attachments (see attached Price List). Workload estimates are based on previous Land Mobile Repair work history (see attached PWS). The period of performance for this BPA will be from 01 April, 2013 to 31 March, 2018. Each Call Order against the BPA is not expected to exceed $25,000.00. The issuance of a BPA is not a guarantee of receipt of orders and can be cancelled at any time. Companies must complete required registration in System Award Management at https://Sam.gov/, in order to hold a Government BPA contract or receive payment from any DoD activity. Please include company CAGE Code/DUNS Number on submitted quotes. The Government proposes to issue the BPA in April, 2013. It is the Government's intention to issue the BPA as a basic award with a five year ordering period.
