Broadcast and Audio-Visual Systems Technical Support Services

The Defense Media Activity (DMA) plans to solicit an acquisition for Broadcast Audio Visual Maintenance support. DMA requires support for contract management, installation, integration, maintenance and repair of complex broadcast audio, video and network systems to include; television and radio automation, satellite downlink antennas and Radio Frequency distribution, audio and video non-linear editing suites, information technology networks, on-line, near-line and off-line digital data storage, broadcast systems integration, draftsman support, telephone exchange support, video surveillance and egress systems. The place of performances are Riverside, California and Ft. Meade, Maryland and supports the following: Defense Media Activity-Riverside, California American Forces Network-Broadcast Center- Riverside, California Defense Visual Information Records Center- Riverside, California Management Support Office- Riverside, California Defense Media Activity Headquarters-Ft. Meade, Maryland The anticipated strategy is a total small business set-aside. The period of performance is for a six-month base period and four 1-year options. The estimated period of performance is 1 July 2021. The Defense Media Activity plans to issue RFP HQ0516-21-R-0016, in response to this notice, on or about 28 April 2021.
