This a cost plus incentive fee contract for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support for the AN/USM 464A Electronic Countermeasures Test Set. The requirement consists of a two-year basic period of performance with two (2) one-year options. SOLE SOURCE TO: BAE Information and Electronic Systems Integration (CAGE: 94117). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 23049(c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
