TLD Reader Maintenance

National Security Technologies, LLC is seeking sources to provide bi-annual preventative maintenance and repair as needed for Panasonic Thermoluminscent Dosimeter (TLD) readers as shown below: Panasonic UD-710A automatic TLD readers: 2 each Panasonic UD-7900 automatic TLD readers : 2 each Panasonic UD730A Magazine changer: 2 each Panasonic UD-794 Panarad TLD Irradiator: 1 each All preventative maintenance and repair services shall be performed in accordance with the practices and documentation of the DOE/EH-0026 "Handbook for the Department of Energy Laboratory Accreditation Program for Personnel Dosimetry Systems" and in accordance with the manufacturers specifications for parts, maintenance and repair. Maintenance support shall include: Two semi-annual preventative maintenance visits Spare parts, excluding lamps and filters, as required, 72 hour response time, excluding weekends. Service shall be for the period of one year. All work to take place at the Nevada Test Site, Mercury Nevada. Any resulting order shall be set aside for small businesses.
