SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below: This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron intends to purchase Trunking-Land Mobile Radio critical communications services. Maintenance services will be required for all Trunking-Land Mobile Radio and associated equipment operated by leadership, base security forces, fire and medical responders, and aircraft maintenance work centers. The system provides communications for Offutt AFB, outlying housing areas, and the base hospital, all within a 5 mile radius of the base. The designated NAICS Code is 811213 and a Size Standard of $10 million. Your response shall include the following information: • Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Same/similar work dating back to the last three (3) years and your company's capability to do this type of work. • Teaming Arrangements to include relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three (3) years. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition (see Performance Work Statement below).
