Soource Intent for Moody's Analytics

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Treasury Department, intends to award a sole source order with Moody's Analytics for Market Implied Ratings access and ad hoc document reports using various Securities Service databases for one year. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1200 (noon) July 6, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of a proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The OCC intends to award a sole source contract on 8 July 2009.
