This pre-solicitation notice issued by the 21st Contracting Squadron, Air Force Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO., is issued to satisfy the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, for the requirement of cable television services. Any resulting solicitation shall be issued to those firms holding an authorized Cable Television Franchise Agreement, authorized and approved by Peterson AFB. The solicitation and award competition is strictly limited to those firms holding current Peterson AFB Franchise Agreements for Cable Television Service.
