Maintenance and Repair of HVAC Systems in Buildings 15, 23, 25, 252, 412, 546, and 771. The 1st Contracting Squadron located at Langley AFB, VA is in the process of issuing a solicitation for the re-procurement of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, (HVAC) systems located on Langley AFB, Virginia. This requirement requires the contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide complete monthly inspections, maintenance, alterations, calibrations, administration, support services and repair services as required. Work shall include but may not be limited to replacement of parts or systems, preventative maintenance, corrosion control, chemical water treatment of systems, painting of equipment, emergency and special event support services, support services during declared crisis, replacement of filters, servicing of refrigerants, water sample testing and other related services associated with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
