The U.S. Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration, Volpe National Transportation System Center (Volpe Center), hereby announces it is conducting a streamlined competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003, for secretarial and business process and analysis services. This competition will involve 30 full-time equivalents located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541990. The Contracting Officer for this streamlined competition is Donna M. Brickley. The Competitive Sourcing Official is Samuel G. Bonasso, Deputy Administrator, Research and Special Programs Administration. The Agency Tender Official is Jeanne Fuller. The Agency anticipates that t he completion date for this streamlined competition study will be 90 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the Fedbizopps. The Agency has been granted approval for an additional forty-five days (135 calendar days) if determined necessary in order to complete this A-76 streamlined competition study.
