Fleissner Hydroentanglement

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service intends to issue and award to the Fleissner Company on a sole source basis. Award will be made pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1)--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to sole source purchase custom spare parts for the Fleissner Hydroentanglement Line from Fleissner Company. The spare parts must meet the Fleissner Hydroentanglement lines specification and are therefore specifically designed to work with the previously purchased Fleissner Hydroentanglement pilot line. The Hydroentangelment pilot line is awaiting installation and the required parts will ensure continued available operation of the unit during the coming years. The parts shall be delivery FOB to the USDA, ARS, SRRC, New Orleans, Louisiana. Responses are to be received within 15 days of this notice. The NAICS Code/Size is 333292.
