Installation/Renting Tents/equipment for USCG Ceremony

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase: Installation/Set Up and One Day Rental of Tents and Various Equipment for a Change of Command Ceremony. Items being requested shall be brand name or equivalent. See attached RFQ package for a listing of requested items. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully HOW TO RESPOND: This request for quotes is set aside 100% for small business concerns. In order to compete for this project, interested parties must providing a quote by May 13, 2016 at 2:00pm EST. Offeror's must submit quotes to SK3 Kristin Mullins via electronic transmissions to [email protected] The reference number HSCGG8-16-Q-MMZ455 must be included in the subject line. EVALUATION PROCESS : LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THE LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. IF IT IS FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE AN AWARD WILL BE MADE. IF IT IS FOUND UNACCEPTABLE THE NEXT LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED.
